Sundbyberg is one of the most enterprise-friendly municipalities in Sweden. There are approximately 2.500 companies located here. According to a survey carried out by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Sundbyberg is among the top ten municipalities in Sweden for enterprise climate. Development of future industrial areas	Areas for future industrial development include approximately 145.000 m² commercial real estate.
Higher education	The educational level of the citizens of Sundbyberg is above the general average for the entire country. 85 % of the population who have at least three years of college education are in employment.
Workforce availability	There is a broad availability of workforce within different business areas and age groups in Sundbyberg’s labour market. Availability will increase as new housing developments are completed.
Transport and communication	Sundbyberg enjoys the country’s best communications situation. Only ten minutes from central Stockholm, close to the world and close to home. Five minutes to Bromma Airport and 20 minutes to Arlanda International Airport. There are five different tube stations as well as a station for commuter trains and long distance trains. There are a considerable number of bus lines as well as a welldeveloped road network.
Major future infrastructure developments	A new location for E18 by-passing Kista. New Light Rail extensions Alvik - Sundbyberg - Stockholm University and Alvik - Sundbyberg - Kista are planned.
